He listened to our issue (husband had been working on it for two days), surveyed the job and made his recommendation to reroute the kitchen drain pipes and rework the the plumbing under the sink. Quoted us a price and put us on the schedule two days out. Showed up promptly at the appointed time with Robert and the two of them proceeded to make repairs quickly and efficiently.
